Argentine/Santa Maria Grill XL

Cranked the fire up and lowered the grate right over the coals for a couple skirt steaks — the sear I got was better than my old kettle ever managed. Raising and lowering it mid-cook is smooth enough that I'm not fumbling with gloves. Solid build, barely any wobble.

The adjustable grate is the real star here — I can drop it right over the coals for a hard sear or raise it way up for a slow finish, and dinner never comes out the same twice. Fired it up with a couple of friends on a Saturday and we just kept cooking until the wood ran out.

Cranked up the grate height with the counterweight system and seared a perfect tomahawk steak—the whole process felt like real Gaucho cooking. Fit enough meat for our entire block party without breaking a sweat.
